I’m a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist serving clients throughout Nebraska and Iowa. I’m also a wife, mom, and color guard coach based in Omaha, Nebraska. My husband and I have raised three amazing daughters, and our family wouldn’t be complete without Toby, our very spoiled orange tabby.

My journey into nutrition was built on a foundation in psychology. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology before completing my Master of Science in Applied Nutrition (MSAN), and that combination continues to shape how I approach health and well-being. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between nutrition and mental health, helping individuals heal their relationship with food, and creating a compassionate, individualized approach to care.

As a HAES-aligned, weight-inclusive dietitian, I strive to create a welcoming space where people of all ages and backgrounds feel heard, respected, and supported. My areas of focus include eating disorders, neurodivergent nutrition, sports nutrition, pediatric nutrition, and chronic disease management. Rather than focusing on diets or perfection, I help clients build sustainable habits that support both physical and mental well-being.

Beyond individual counseling, I love making nutrition education fun and engaging. Whether I’m teaching children, speaking to community groups, or leading interactive workshops, my goal is to make nutrition practical, approachable, and enjoyable. I’m also developing Captain Nutrient, a superhero-themed preschool nutrition program designed to introduce children ages 2–5 to the foundations of joyful, balanced eating through play, exploration, and hands-on learning.
