Experience
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve been committed to building a strong foundation in nutrition, mental health, education, and community outreach. My experience spans diverse settings from clinical and community nutrition to food service management and youth education.

As a student dietitian, I’ve completed rotations in hospital systems, non-profits, and food service operations, applying evidence-based practice and compassionate care rooted in HAES and Intuitive Eating principles. I also bring years of hands-on experience in mental health, preschool education, and athletic coaching, all of which have shaped my holistic and person-centered approach to nutrition.
