Experience

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve been committed to building a strong foundation in nutrition, mental health, education, and community outreach. My experience spans diverse settings from clinical and community nutrition to food service management and youth education.

During my dietetic internship, I’ve completed rotations in hospital systems, non-profits, and food service operations, applying evidence-based practice and compassionate care rooted in HAES and Intuitive Eating principles. I also bring years of hands-on experience in mental health, preschool education, and athletic coaching, all of which have shaped my holistic and person-centered approach to nutrition.
