I am a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a passion for making evidence-based nutrition practical, engaging, and enjoyable. With both a degree in Applied Nutrition and in Psychology, I combine nutrition science with behavior change principles to help individuals build sustainable habits and positive relationships with food.
I specialize in weight-inclusive, psychology-informed nutrition counseling and have extensive experience creating interactive nutrition education for clinical, community, workplace, and athletic audiences through presentations, workshops, cooking activities, food tastings, and individualized counseling.
